I needed to sell my house quickly due to divorce, and was having trouble doing so on my own. After almost giving up, I ran across Stone Property Buyers and it has been bliss ever since. Casey and Damien worked hard to get everything I wanted plus some! We were able to close on the property within 30 days, got our asking price, and the only work I had to do was sign my name! I am Thankful and Grateful for these two guys and the Stone Property Buyers Co. for getting me out of a difficult situation that I couldn't see my self out of!

Before choosing a real estate agent, I was lost, and despite conducting research to see who would be the best choice, selling the property was stressful, demanding, and had me chasing my tail in circles. Cayce Stone and the Stone Property Buyers Real EstateTeam stood out. Their rankings, reviews, and referrals are superior to other real estate agencies I found. I could tell they put a lot of genuine work into their clients, and their properties. Cayce spent hours answering my questions (even over the holidays), and delegated between title companies, district appraisal and myself to ensure we were all on the same page (I work and live in Colorado, the property in Texas). I was concerned that the property would be a tough buy, but Cayce made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps to get things going, and walked me through every step of the closing process. It couldn't have been a more pleasant experience. One Veteran to another, THANK YOU Stone property buyers! 10 for 10 recommended! I think you'd be hard pressed to find a better Realtor.

I have really enjoyed working with Cayce and Michelle. They are very professional and down to earth. They don't give you any run around. Cayce tells you like it is NO excuses! LOVE IT. I have referred him to a couple of people already and will continue too. He wasted no time with the closing on my house. You guys are AMAZING! I had the pleasure of talking to a gentleman name Cayce with this company and he was very helpful and very honest with me about what help me make up my mind about some property I wanted to sell. He help me with a lot of insight on this cause I was oblivious to what I am doing. If I could run into good honest people like this throughout the whole ordeal I would truly be a winner. He gave me advice on what I was trying to do and was wholesome and very positive as well as professional. I could go on and on just know if you deal with these guys they'll take care of your needs.

These people are very good at making the process of selling a house simple and easy. This the first time I have sold a house without a realtor. Much easier for sure. I believe we both got a good deal. Highly recommend contacting Stone Property Buyers as a great way to sell your house.
