Simple House Solutions is as stated in their name, Simple and always has the best Solutions! The whole process was handled very professionally with the highest level of communication. Dwight Harrison is a true professional, and all of the staff must be commended for their focus on customer service. They were always available! I highly recommend Simple House Solutions and wouldn’t hesitate doing business with them in the future!

I contacted this company for information about what options I may have, and spoke to Steve. He was very friendly and welcoming in details and explained how things work, and what to expect. He called with a specific expectation and returned the call very promptly and was cordial and understanding. I can certainly say you will quite happy with his information and this process. Very honest in his dealings and disclosures. Contact Steve !

Maybe buying from them is a fine experience? Because they are nice to you if taking your money. SELLING? Total nightmare. The front end staff is decently nice. The offer on the house was WAY too low but due to a passing in the family we needed it sold. MIKE the VP of sales is probably one of the worst people I’ve ever met. He lied through the entire process- literally 98% of everything out of his mouth was a lie. Companies they work with are dropping them which we lovingly found out because no one would ever contact us back after we signed the contract to sell. Tried to tell us they lowballed the price because they would fix it up and it’s to cover repairs YET closed on the house immediately after with a direct buyer. Very unorganized. Mike lied about closing early, had us sign a document stating the change and never bothered to let the tittle company or anyone else know. Never heard another word from him WHATSOEVER when he was our point of contact. I would never.... EVER suggest this place for selling a home.

This was the worse experience I have ever had selling a house. The person who came and talked to me at first was great. He looked at the house, explained everything and gave an offer. I thought the offer was too low but my husband had recently passed away and I had to sell so I could move somewhere I could afford. I decided to sell with them but knew it was a mistake after I signed the contract. A few days later Mike called and said he needed to lower the price even more because the person who had calculated the price used wrong comps. I told him I already thought it was too low so I wouldn't go lower. He then proceeded to tell me how he needed more money to pay the salaries of his staff and the contractors, like that was my problem. I found out later there was no contractors when I was told some contractors were coming by to take measurements and instead he had an open house for buyers. He never had any plans to make repairs in the house but was selling it to someone else as is. I heard so many lies from the man that he reminded me of a tote-the-note car salesman. He wanted to do an earlier closing so I agreed just to get it over with. He sent me the paper, which I signed, and returned and I never heard from him again. He never answered his phone or returned calls. I tried calling the Sales Rep that was listed on the Broker Services contact sheet but was told they were no longer associated with Simple House Solutions and their name shouldn't even be on the contract. I called the title company to ask them about the earlier closing and they knew nothing about it. Nothing but lies from Mike and I will never recommend this company to even my worse enemy.
