I had one of the worst experiences with this company. Specifically with Patricio. From the start they had informed me that I was approve in December and would be closing on our house in Jan 20th we even gave them a check for the title company. Come around Jan 19th and we still hadn't heard anything we decided to call the Title company who inform us that we weren't even in their system. I called Patricio to Complain and he continued to tell me we would be closing knowing well enough we weren't. Comes the 20th he calls us to let us know that there was a small delay and would close in a couple days. TWO WEEKS passed by and he had yet to call me to close on our house. He continued to call me over the past TWO MONTHS with lies and promises. He even said that we needed to do an appraisal now but it would be virtual. They never gave us any proof of anything and we ended up losing our house after waiting 4 MONTHS! Update- Kenneth Chavarria called me after to try to help us. He has been able to help us get a new house. He has been really help full through all of this. I would recommend to request for Kenneth when trying to get your home. Hopefully soon we will be able to close on our house. Thank you Kenneth.
