Solid realtor for rental homes. Didn't end up leasing from this Realtor for other reasons. A good experience all the way around however.

When I moved out, Sean Schulgen (landlord) suggested I get my roommates to “buy me out” of my security deposit instead of him giving me a check and then collecting a check directly from the tenants that stayed in the house. This under-the-table deal has not worked and now I can not get Sean to return or answer my calls. I am willing to update this review to five stars if Sean replies to the email, voicemail and text I have sent today (4/23/2019)
