My experience is that One-Prop is the WORSE property management company I have ever experienced. They completely disorganized, unprofessional, and unethical. They should NOT be in business. Any web-site reviews and or comments are all negative experiences, an "F rating" with the BBB, but I am sure they can care less. I strongly do NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

DO NOT EVER EVER EVER GET INVOLVED WITH ONEPROP!!! The company is a group of vile and dishonest people whose only interest is to extort money from innocent, hard-working people. PLEASE take 10 minutes of your time and to to the Texas Attorney General website. At the bottom of the home page, click the link to File a Complaint and DO IT! Already, there are over 12 complaints in the past 2 years. AT ALL COSTS, do not have anything to do with this company nor any of its greedy clients!!!

I have used oneprop for an investment property and also as my own personal condo property management. I have nothing but bad things to say. There are many things that they have done to ensure horrible customer service. They are one of the larger property management companies in Dallas, but that is not a good thing. They are not in any rush to get things done (repairs) and not the quickest to respond to emails and phone calls. I would advise not to use Oneprop.

Was looking for a place to rent. They seemed helpful and caring. A big deal for me was having 2 covered parking spots for my Classic Chevy trucks. They showed me a place that was listed and it had 2 spots. sounds good. Signed papers. Moved in. Only one spot, and they wont respond to my emails to see what can be done. Whole company is this way. Once the papers are signed, it a run-around game. And it never stops. Then you keep complaining, and they switch you to a new management team. Who says contact the previous team about previous complaints

We attempted to rent a property in Oklahoma City from this company. We paid the application fee and got approved. We were informed we had to send them the deposit immediately or risk losing the house. I paid my bank and theirs to send them the deposit that day thinking the deal would be done. They then came back and wanted more and more and more information. Lastly they wanted a letter from my current landlord stating there was no problem with me breaking my lease. I explained it took me 3 months to get a lease however they came back and said they still needed a letter. I did everything in my power to clarify I didn't have time to keep getting more and more documentation so best thing to do was to refund my deposit. After 2 days they said they would be mailing me back my money. After reading these reviews I'm glad I'm not renting from them however I will still be waiting while they take their sweet time mailing me back a check. I don't understand I had to wire them the money within 48 hours but they can refund it by check in the mail which will take at least a week, 2 days mailing time then 3 days to wait on their check to clear my bank. STAY AWAY FROM THESE THIEVES.
