Eastbridge Apartments

Great staff (hi Stephanie!), which is so so important. Stellar location. The rooms have been remodeled nicely and I love the layout of my studio. Maintenance responds to request immediately and the community is very welcoming.

Have lived here for 3 months and love it! They renovated the gym and pool right before I moved here and the staff so far has been great as well and super close to restaurants and bars as well! Also the manager Stephanie is great!

Its been 6 months since I moved into Eastbridge, and I can say they have made it more pleasant than I could have ever hoped for. Just the other day, Stephanie (one of the managers) brought me a king cake because it was Mardi Gras weekend and she knew I was from Louisiana. A few days before that, my dog got locked out on the balcony while I was at work and she went in to rescue him for me (with no attitude). When I slid my car face first into the parking garage gate during a historic Dallas ice storm, Natalie (the other manager) stayed outside in 20 degree weather to help me sprinkle ice melt around my tires. The staff is beyond accommodating and they really make it feel like a community. The apartment is nice as well. Its not that shiny, fake luxury vibe like most places these days, but it feels lived-in and cozy. I know people that have stayed here for 4 years because they know they wont find more bang for their buck.

We moved here 6 months ago from another Lincoln Property down the street (that was communicative, responsive, and wonderful) due to rent increases. We were met with several issues at Eastbridge from the very get go on move in day (storage unit was not ready for movers to take belongings to, dishwasher missing racks, front office out of key fabs), however chalked it up to simple human error, no big deal. Two weeks after moving in, they changed the system for entry into all gates to an app accessible on your phone. This system has proven to be unreliable and is consistently offline, which either means the gates are unlocked and unsecured or that residents with app access are locked out. Our car was broken into within a month of moving in (gated garage was broken, as weve learned it frequently is), and packages destroyed and stolen on our front door step when the gates are offline and wide open. Our water has been shut off with little to no notice on three separate occasions for three different reasons just in the last few months (this is an issue going back years per other reviews). If you work from home, work nightshifts, or just generally enjoy peace and quiet during the day then this is not your place. The building is very old, the walls are extremely thin and they are doing constant large landscaping and construction projects with no warning to residents. The front office staff seems very nice and some of these issues are out of their control, however the way in which issues are handled, or shall I say not handled, is disappointing and one of our largest frustrations with this property. They are extremely disorganized and provide little to no communication regarding break ins, upcoming large projects, changes throughout the complex, etc. (your maintenance requests and emails will go unanswered). The lower prices make this a tempting place to live, but I can assure you its not worth it!

I've been living at Eastbridge for about 6 months now. So far I have had a great experience with everyone on site being extremely friendly and helpful. It is a great location off of Henderson, so walkable to bars and restaurants. It also backs up to M Streets, so it's walkable through the neighborhood. I use the pool all the time because it gets good sunlight all day even though it's surrounded by the building. It's usually pretty quiet out there. I also love the gym, which has more equipment than most apartment gyms. There are brand new grills that work well and the other residents are friendly and respectful. My building is usually pretty quiet. Although hearing the upstairs neighbors' footsteps comes with the territory of apartment living, I've never had to complain about loud neighbors or noises. I will likely renew when my lease is up and highly recommend living at Eastbridge!
