Unable to reach corporate office, property owners or regional management level about questions or concerns. This is just one issue: Billing: Ledger i Paid rents, checks cleared on time, no insufficients or delinquency with Bellevue Riviera property and still received "Notices To Move Out". *One month's rent payment was paid, but rent check manipulated by office staff for partial payment?? called manager Ms Alvarado she wasn't aware and didn't understand but, she went to the resident portal and was sending message to my account that my rent check had bounced. (which it didnt)and she retracted before I could print it, I explained to her what the bank told me and her response was "just pay your rent on time". DR

Having issues with the on site management and of course no one at Nicholas Residential is responsive. Feeling more and more like this company is scamming.

My name is Karen and I’ve lived in Bellvue apartment for almost a year now and have had nothing but problem after problem my a/c unit is out in my apartment in Texas heat at that!! Can I get good customer service absolutely not the ladies in the office are rude and unhelpful. I’ve had to look up the owner of the apartments and of course I can’t get help with Nicholas as well someone needs to reach out to me this is ridicules I’m paying rent for an apartment with no a/c and if I don’t pay they’ll tow my car!! But no one wants to help!!!
