The owner is so communicative and helpful. I had a massive order with some pretty difficult embroidery on duffle canvas bags and they did an incredible and timely job! Super happy with them and will definitely be going back for any other embroidery needed.

BUYER BEWARE...Read other reviews prior to spending your money... Out of convenience I decided to use this establishment because of how close it was to my office. Unfortunately I did not read the reviews prior to dealing with them...I placed three or four orders with them in the span of a few months... ORDER QUALITY They do pretty decent work I cannot complain. They did place my logo in the wrong place however... but it was not a quality issue. ACCURACY OF ORDER They have some archaic method of keeping customer's order information in their "system". It wouldn't be that bad if they took accurate notes when taking an order. Since there is no email confirmation or email proofing approvals....there is NO WAY to complain when something goes wrong...Not sure if they choose not to use email confirmation of orders on purpose??? I guess they could choose what to paperwork to show you when you are in front of them??? CUSTOMER SERVICE Less than one star for customer service. HARDLY EVER pick up the phone when you call. NEVER send any emails for order confirmations or to let you know the order is ready. PRO TIP If you do decide to do business with this establishment...since they don't email you ANYTHING...ASK FOR COPIES OF EVERYTHING (not just a receipt)... ask for their notes of imprint placement, colors, etc ON EVERY ORDER...without a copy of their notes and without any emails back and forth...the owner will just gaslight you and tell you he doesn't remember it that way. I have to pay $160 for new garments plus the cost to imprint my logo correctly. Still waiting on a refund for my wrong order but not holding my breath.

Went by 4 times during open hours and doors were closed. Then when they finally were there on the 5th time (no apology from management) , they took 2 weeks to embroid one thing and used the wrong color completely ruining the baby blanket. Don't take your things here!
