Unorganized and rude. When I placed an order for an XS cardigan I also asked about the cross ties. The lady in charge got an attitude when her employee asked if they had anymore cross ties for my daughters school. It was a simple question and she just lashed out. Then, later on in the week we got a call that the cardigan was ready. Upon my arrival they try handing me a small cardigan. Then when I asked why they called stating my order was ready when in fact it was not they said they only received small cardigans and not extra small. How is that my problem? Don’t call me saying that my order is ready when it is NOT. I’d rather wait the extra couple of days than drive all the way out here. Then when we asked if we could at least get it shipped to our home they still wanted to charge an extra $10. The audacity! Such a major inconvenience that our school is forcing us parents to go through all of this with these unorganized and incompetent people.
