If i could leave a 0 star review i would. I have 3 packages that have been sitting in Dallas USPS facility for over a week with no update. I've filed complaints and tickets, no response. Waited on hold over an hour just to be told nothing helpful and received no resolution.I just want the items I paid for, i don't think thats too much to ask.Can't trust the Government with ANYTHING.Will not be buying anything else from a shipper that uses USPS.0/10 USPS.

I have been at this place around 8 times ! I haven’t received my mail for over 6 months! I have no license, debit card or credit! My mail is lost since January 2021 I have talked to the manager, employees, carrier everybody and they suggested to write my name inside the mail box (still didnt get my mail) after that they said I should get a PO Box and still I haven’t received my mail... This is so frustrating I dont know what to do I really need my license and I called the Department of Public Safety and they said they sent my license and it go returned. Banks told me the same thing... Hopefully somebody sees this and help me otherwise I have to take this to court.

I go there often, staff is very helpful, rates are the lowest, mailing is efficient.
