Our family purchased a house that had foundation work done with this company, so we also were transferred their warranty. After a few years, we encountered foundation problems & a few sewer line breaks. The breaks were repaired & extensive work was completed in May 2020...or so we thought.
It's just over three years...and we are having the exact same sewer line repairs in the exact same spots that DuWest allegedly fixed. They left huge voids under our slab where the dig. Their so-called repairs are broken & even a lay person like me can see where repairs had been made & exactly where they are now broken.
All in all, this company is horrendous. If you are under warranty with them, it's worth firing them & starting over as their work is truly horrendous.
Also, the last thing that I'll say is what their master plumber said to me when they were finishing the job in May 2020: "If this doesn't work, you could put a for sale sign up." Imagine saying that to your client. Pathetic. Services: Plumbing leak detection, Sewer repair
