I was a very need customer (or the buying realtor was). They required the contractor was bonded, had workers comp and an invoice on letterhead. Bluefrog provided all that and was very timely and precise with their work and communication was great!. At first, I was a little set back by the answering service but they always returned my call within the hour. They even called back on Saturday, I would highly recommend Bluefrog and will certainly use them again!

Very pleased with my experience! Top notch customer service! First when I called Bluefrog and spoke to Brandy she was very friendly and pleasant to talk to. She was able to schedule a home visit very quickly and easily. My home visit went very smoothly. There were two plumbers who arrived on time to conduct the inspection; one of the plumbers was named Brandon, I can't remember the other guy's name. But they were both very professional and respectful. They were clean and even wore covers on their shoes to keep my floor clean. They gave me advice and a free estimate, no hassle or pressure. They'll definitely be my go to plumbers from now on.

Trust the Blue Frog! FINALLY! A plumbing company thats DIALING UP the customer experience. Our hot water heater has had a pilot light that has given us problems for months. We had another plumber come out and they quoted us a huge price without really explaining what was going on. After a particularly cold shower yesterday, I decided we had to get this solved. I found Blue Frog online and placed a call from the website. Dispatcher had a plumber over to check out our hot water heater same day. Brandon and his team mate showed up in a nice truck, dressed nicely and protected our floors with by wearing booties. They presented themselves very professional and friendly. I'd feel comfortable having them come back if only my wife was here. Brandon evaluated the situation and gave me a couple of options to solve the issue (and helped me avoid a particularly expensive route that would have required construction work.) We came up with a plan and they'll be back in a few days to fix everything once the parts are in. I asked them to look at a few other things around the house and they evaluated them with NO UPSELL pressure. Just honest, professional opinions. Great company. From here on out, when I need a plumber, we'll be Blue Froggin' in up!
