In the past two churches I've served here in Dallas, there has been no other piano company I'd recommend or purchase from more than than Collora. Approximately 8 years ago, I assisted my congregation in purchase of an Austrian made piano (a brand that I grew up playing and that I dearly loved). That particular church had never had a piano in their worship space: they were and are, as far as I know, thrilled with the piano and the service the Collora team has provided. Collora was above board, wanting us to have the best instrument for the space and the desired worship level. Recently, my taste for piano touch and tone has changed to an Italian brand that may be the finest piano I've ever played: Fazioli. A generous donor and many members of my most recent congregation made possible the purchase of a concert Fazioli grand. I dare say it is the absolutely finest piano I've ever had the privilege of playing! During the Covid pandemic, the Collora piano store has, in my experience, been accessible to customers who have phoned ahead to confirm they are open (by appointment). I am disappointed in the review posted recently, mainly because a small, well-respected establishment that sells fine instruments (or furniture or clothing or whatever) should be given the benefit of the doubt: call them and ask when they WILL be open, especially if you are driving in. I shake my head at the negativity people so freely publish these days without any consideration for unforeseen circumstance that might have ensued. Bottom line: if you are searching for a piano in the Dallas or surrounding areas, do NOT miss the quality instruments available at Collora piano! I will always recommend them first and foremost.

I arrived to this place at 10:15 am because Google said they were "open" til 5 pm. The door is locked, and nothing is posted about being closed even though there is no one answering the doorbell. I live an hour away and am glad i had other business in Dallas.
