I was struct from behind in auto accident that rolled my Nissan Armada 4WD four times. I was injured and needed ongoing medical attention. After being instructed by Emergency Room to follow up with my Primary Care Physician, the Dr wouldn't see me or refer me to another because he didn't want to take time to prepare reports for potential litigation that I hadn't even considered. I was just trying to get some help and relief from tremendous pain. I couldn't find medical help needed. Eventually I called Tate Law firm. Claire Tate made an appointment for meet to see the surgeon. I got the medical attention needed. After slow recovery, there were legal matters needing attention. Insurance wouldn't offer enough for my truck or medical. They advertise this, but I was not in good hands. J. Bart Smith took my case to court to settle my medical expenses. Bart and the folks at Tate Law firm, Claire, Ginger, and Lori all did a great job taking care of me. I would highly recommend them. Thank you Bart and Tate Team!

I highly recommend this law firm if you've been in an accident and you don't know what to do then I promise these are the ones you want fighting for you. Lori and Bart specifically made what was an already horrible experience much easier for my husband and I. They are very compassionate and dedicated to your case. They kept us informed every step of the way, answered every question, and did so with ease. Never at anytime did we feel left in the dark. Most definitely recommend. Also they have the sweetest receptionist ever. :)
