Ive did great business multiple times with this pawn shop in the past but after what happen today I highly recommend not to do business here!I purchased a I Mac with a warranty got home and simply tried to update its IOS.With the Computer being outdated the software was unable to download and update iOS leaving it in recovery mode.I then came to the store and explained the situation even offered to let them use another I mac on display to updated it.Thats when things got totally out of hand.I then spoke with the manager and told my warranty didnt cover me doing something to the computer .
After arguing with both manger and associate I was given full refund.!
