Right & Fast Painting

We initially asked them to scrape popcorn. That expanded to wall paper removal. Dry wall repair and then painting color. They did great when others refused to even show up to quote.I found them by a broker. The one bad review talking about a bad project manager could have been the brokerage. I had a similar experience but not with this crew.

I meant to leave a review a while ago, but it's never too late. We have received services from DFW Painting the week before Thanksgiving of 2021. The balls were dropped by them multiple times , and instead of great customer service, the project manager made it our fault. There were ZERO accountability, and we are highly disappointed with the customer service. Now, this was our experience and we hope others gets better. They were one of the highest quote, and decided to go with them, because we THOUGHT with their pricing being so high, they must have high quality work, and that was NOT the case. It was almost 14-15k went down the drain. I, personally regret it every time I walk through my house and see their poor job quality- brushes streak on baseboards, walls, paint runs, worst of all- paint all over my new flooring which we've told them ahead of time, the flooring is new, etc. You can tell they only did one coat. I would say, their de-texturing of the wall was good ( which is the only reason they've received 2 stars from us), but what's good is it when the painting itself sucks that covers those walls. Once again, this was our experience, and because of that, we will absolutely NOT recommend them for painting at all. The photos are after they've received their money ,been to the house multiple times to do "touch-ups". I will always remember this has one of the worst decision we've made when we decided to go with them. Services: Drywall repair, Door painting, Interior painting, Water damage repair

I used them to paint my entire 2500 square foot first floor with paint and trim. They did an exceptional job and out bid every person I called in the DFW area.

Try to charge me over $2000 just to paint my cabinets in the kitchen and over 1000 for one door painted (front door) rip off look somewhere else

A pleasure working with Elizabeth. Ran into some hiccups with the removal of the popcorn ceiling. But at the end, she make sure that it was done right. Can't wait until the outcome of the master bathroom.
