We were trying to get a new office chair. We went online to VitecOnline to look. We found a GREAT chair and were really excited when it said $129 next to it. Once we went to put it in our cart, it was acting up. We kept trying and to our dismay, same problem over and over. The item number was the same on 12 different chairs. Called our sales rep, Melissa, who at first was trying to be helpful, but after we walked her through how to find the chair that we were talking about, her attitude changed. She said that chair was $400. So naturally our response was "why does the website say it's $129?" She seemed to get upset and said "I CANNOT sell you that chair for $129. I pay more than that." We are pretty upset at this point. We REALLY wanted that chair. To find out that it was almost triple what the website said it was is upsetting. Needless to say they have lost our business for falsely advertising their products then proceeding to be rude when trying to figure out what happened. I would go through Quill or Office Depot instead of VitecOnline.
