This Office Depot is really disappointing! The wait time for printing is ridiculous even when its 1 person ahead of you! The staff is rude ! Customer service horrible! They walk right past you with no concern as to why youre here. The store is very disorganized and dirty ! Will not be returning!!

Service is beyond horrible! Management is no better. A customer rep by the name of Stuart was very rude and the manager allowed him to continuously speak to me in such an unprofessional manner. Stewart helped customers of same race with superb service but others were treated very differently. My work was not completed as previous stated and it was needed for an event. The manager was of no help. As I was speaking with the managers, Stewart still insisted to have a conversation with me, and she did not correct him at all. He also stated the numbers on the paperwork was incorrect and The number belong to a Mexican. Also, he stated the alternative number was disconnected which is not correct because its a business line. She continue to agree with what Stewart was saying that the numbers were not good numbers . Why would you identify someone by race, but youre telling me that I cant use the word racist in your store, and that you will put me out of your store. Are you serious? That information was not accurate because that is my current telephone number. Very sad your company is represented by individuals of such unprofessionalism. I do not want a generic email response I want to hear from the district manager of the store. This would not go away because this is very unacceptable and no Customer should have to ever experience anything like this, regardless of race, creed or religion. This store have had many complaints and customers walked out during this incident because it was unbelievable. I dont trust anyone having confidential information of customers with that type of attitude and behavior. Both workers should be reprimanded immediately and including terminated. How many other customers have been treated which such disrespect? I will let my attorney look into this matter.

First of all I selected to curbside pickup for my printer. Walked over to the mail and ship counter. My husband talked to Marcella and she rudely pointed and said it would be at some counter. Well we checked that counter and it was not there. She seen us continually looking for the printer and did not one time ask us if we needed additional help. So we went to the register and the young lady that was at the register was very helpful and told us that she would help. Well once again we gotta deal with Marcella the rude manager. She proceeded to tell me that I had to cancel my order and rebuy it again yes I know its only 216.00 but I dont want that tide up on my credit card. She offered no other resolution or problem solving skills. Needless to say the days of customer service are over and Marcella does not need to be a manager. I will never go to this location again.
