Servcorp - Rosewood Court

After being a client for 2.5 years we grew enough to need a real office. A vendor sent a small but important package to the old address and the management team there now was just completely unreasonable and unwilling to be kind and receive the package. She stated all types of reasons why (legality, non customer, etc) and I was willing to pay, send an email, or even come there and sign saying they could receive it. I practically begged her and the pure disregard and unwillingness to help someone who was a client for years is sad. As a small business owner I will now use WeWork for my startup branches in Kansas City and Austin. That type of culture in a company is not something I want to support or reward with future business.

I have been a client for over 3 years and have had an excellent experience! The support staff is always professional and very accommodating! I have yet to have an issue or request that they have not worked diligently to resolve! The facilities are first class and the location is second to none. I highly recommend the Servcorp Rosewood location!

The Rosewood Court is a fabulous location for an office. The Servcorp offices are really nice, light and modern. The in and out of the garage is easy with your Tolltag allowing access. The staff is very accommodating and will do anything you need. Coffee and refreshments are available as well as all office functioning needs. Servcorp is definitely a step above the other office suites available in Dallas. I highly recommend.

I have never seen American office admin. service to be so wonderful. I always get the services on time, receive responses and reports in timely manner. If you want to get your office work done exactly on time, Servcorp Dallas location is the one you should pick. Thank you Rebecca, Team leader and all the members at Dallas Office!!
