Venture X has provided a great solution for our company, Practice Real Estate Group, to have office space in Dallas. The location is perfect being central to the city with easy access off of 75. Venture X allows us to maintain office space so that we can grow while staying within our expense budget as we grow not having to obtain too much or too little space while locking into a lease for years that would create hurdles to our growth. This set up is much better than a We Work and I enjoy having a more private office that doesn't make me feel like I am in a fish bowl like a We Work office with all glass windows on all sides. The office is well maintained making it nice to have clients meet at our office and the staff does a great job of accommodating our needs anytime we need help. I would highly recommend considering Venture X Uptown for your office space needs because of the value, price, location, staff and flexibility they offer.
