        Awful, went in for just a removal of gel nails and came out with a nail bed that was damaged. Acetone was used but not even left long enough. The nail technician immediately took my nails out of the foil without them being wrapped for even 5 minutes. She used a tool to shave off the gel and as a result my nails were so fragile after. I was charged $10 for the service.

        Great experience... At first Update: 2 nails fell off only 2 days after application while on vacation so I couldn't get them fixed. 9 days later after nexgen every single nail is gone. Nice people but low quality work. I will not be returning.
