The move itself went fine, but we discovered a stool was broken. It really wasn't a big deal, but I have been trying to get in touch with them for weeks now. They have blocked my calls and will not respond to any of my messages. The customer service has been awful. Thankfully, it was just a stool, but if it had been a bigger ticket item it would have been so much worse. I would not recommend them. Services: Local removals, In-county removals

Our realtor recommended this company, all her suggestions have been A1 and five stars, not this one. Everything started off well with the initial visit from George and after we decided to sell 90% of the furniture we still had plenty of boxes and bags to move, no small task at all. George was there once to initially assess, not a second time to see the approximate final size needed ending in the size estimate being way off as they brought a smaller truck than what they needed, filling up before loading all items and requiring the movers at the very last minute to use a pickup truck to finish loading most of the garage items, a complete mess stack leading to some items lost during the 12 hour trip including a cabinet drawer with its contents and hardware, fortunately nothing of value. On that same initial visit with George we provided details around four vintage art extra large frames that needed very special handling due to the value and age. He said they would wrap them and they came in without a single sheet of paper protecting them, lucky they weren't damaged. An acrylic desk top was stuffed at the top of the cargo below the metal truck ceiling, scraping and damaging the entire piece from also not protecting that piece. Unloading at the destination was a complete disaster. They only sent two of the guys who were great but not enough for so many boxes resulting in a complete mess unloading. Absolutely no organization of any kind, just stacks everywhere where we could barely walk. This was the result of poor planning on the front end, not assessing correctly the load, selecting the wrong size truck for the task and using limited people for the task. I believe the price we paid was more than fair at over $6200 including tips for them to have done a complete organized end job, again lucky that nothing of value was lost or damaged. Overall ok and after seeing the end result I would definitively not recommend this company for your move. Service: Out-of-county removals

I would give them 100 stars. Troy, Henry and Zach moved me last week in the freezing cold and unloaded the last bit of the truck while being snowed on. They were on time, they were so careful with all of my stuff (I even have an antique china cabinet that was my great grandma's and they wrapped it and handled it perfectly). They had great attitudes and helped me move some things around at my new place going above and beyond expectations. I can not speak highly enough of them. I was so grateful for the care they took even in the conditions they were faced with. Two of my co-workers had used them previously and highly referred them as well. I've had really bad moving experiences in the past and it is a big deal to find movers whom you can trust and feel good about the cost and the work they do. I would trust them to move my Grandma. I want to give them such a good review because - it was freezing and snowing, and they were great! They earned this review. Thank you again! Service: Local removals
