Im an out of state buyer and honestly expected a bit of hassle and confusion but Matt, one of the reps there made everything so easy that now I'm mad at my local dealer. The dude even went through the effort of looking for emissions tag on the bike, researching if it would pass registration in California where I am AND sent me proof that it could. Never had to wonder what was going on coz they kept me updated through everything.
