John Tatum and the staff at SWBC are the nicest and most professional people that we have worked with.
We have been through this type of process six or seven times in our life.
They set up a super-fast appraisal of the property, we were clear to close in 8 days, though we did most of the paper work online, John met with us personally to make sure that we understood everything and was also there at the closing.
Excellent Communications the whole time.
It was a real blessing to get to work with John and the staff at SWBC.
