We have used Mark and the team for two mortgages and two refinancings over the last decade. Each time it has been a seamless process and we have bottom ticked the rate offerings at the time.
They listen, provide advice, and get the job done quickly.
We used to use other mortgage brokers to compare rates and each time the Prime Lending team bettered the rate offering and ultimate cost of financing. We have used other banks before these guys, and it was fraught with closing and paperwork issues. We cannot speak highly enough of what it is like to deal with Mark and his team. Happy to recommend when the outcomes of dealing with good people work so well.
