The Humes team is unbeatable!! Daniel Humes has unparalleled knowledge and expertise when it comes to finding home loan solutions for clients. I recently had a client that did loan applications with 5 mortgage companies (one of them was Quicken), and Dan was THE ONLY lender out of the 5 who was able to get him approved!! If Dan can’t do it, no one can!! He has a top-notch, responsive team, Andrea Crabtree and Dana Barcus, that took care of every detail and stayed on top of everything from beginning to end. When Dan says he can get something done, trust him. I trust him implicitly, and he’s always been able to close loans faster than anyone else, and can do what other lenders can’t because he's creative and he thinks outside of the box. He’s young and he’s hungry, and he’s exceptional at what he does!
