Don't waste your time having these clowns quote your policy. They mailed out an unsolicited estimate with accurate size and values for around $900.00. I called them with additional information and guess what you guessed it the new quote is over $2100.00 which is higher then my current policy.

We were with this agency for 5 years, they raise the policy premium to an insane amount of money, we ended up not renewing the policy with them, however they still charged us for the first month, after my husband called and complain they did a partial reimbursement and charged us for one day even though we emailed them proof of insurance with another company starting that day. When we called their rep Laura Cervantes was rude and and not helpful, these people have zero customer service.

Brooks is a great insurance broker, and can get you a great value for your insurance needs. I have home and auto insurance with Brooks and Allstate, and they saved me considerably compared to others. Great communications to clients from her and her team. Hope to be with them a long time.

I was with this Agent for 7 years and had Auto, renters, and then home insurance. At first the rates were low and it seemed like we had good coverage so we stick with them year after year but even though we had no claims or accidents our rate kept creeping up. When we would ask why they said the same reason which is that it’s set by the state and that’s what it is. Well this year we decided to look else where to get a better rate and after lots of research we found a way better rate. An issue came up with our new ins company while working on our home owners. It turned out we had a claim but it wasn’t paid out. We didn’t make a claim ever so what was this. After talking to a couple of people at this agency and many others at the 800allstate number it turns out when you make an Inquiry they automatically open a claim and that’s just how their system works. As frustrated as I was with Allstate by talking to over 20 different people over a week(Dec 7th thru the 11th of 2020) I was even more disturbed in the manner that I was treated by the people who would transfer me from department to department and no one was willing or able to help me. “I’ll have the office manager call you back” “let me transfer you to claims they can fix it” let me transfers you to our other team over and over again. It’s a joke! They dinged my insurance history with this claim, they won’t help me or send me An email explaining that it was an inquiry and not a claim. They even said that the agent who did this doesn’t work there any more and well it’s not possible to verify that it was just an inquiry. Look else where folks! If they make a mistake you will pay and they don’t care.
