I can't say enough good things about our realtor DD Flynn @Dallas Golf Homes. From the start we told her what we wanted and what we were willing to spend. She connected us with an amazing lender that approved us day 1 and pre- approval was a breeze. She set up an organized and timely day of viewings that all fit our criteria. By the end of the day we found our perfect lake getaway. She then negotiated 10k down from the asking price for us plus numerous repairs after inspection that the seller paid for before closing. In this market that is truly not an easy feat. She even made several trips down to the lake to deliver items to the selling agent an attorney. She also works for a team that follows up after the sale to check on homestead exemptions and things that will help for the future of the property. Clearly this is an agent that will always go above and beyond to get what you want out of a property. i give DD Flynn at Dallas Golf Homes my highest recommendation!

Jackie Dorbritz and her team are 5 star ++. She has terrific knowledge of golf courses and homes in the Dallas Metroplex area. Jackie asked thorough questions about what we wanted in a home and found us a great match! She gave us terrific advice when helping us put together an offer in a very challenging market. Her staff is solid and Jackie is an excellent resource for reliable services. Jackie is a pleasure and very much fun to work with!

When we were ready to start looking for a new home, we asked friends and family for recommendations. Margaret was highly recommended, and we could not have been happier with the entire process. Margaret took time to learn about our special needs (wheelchair accessibility) and incorporated them into the houses we saw. She spent countless hours researching and an entire weekend showing me as many houses as I wanted to see. Her personal approach and caring personality put us immediately at ease, and we knew we were in great hands. We can't wait to move into our new home!
