She was highly responsive and answered the many questions we had as first time buyers. Brianna knew the market so well that we not only found a home after one day of touring but also our very first offer was accepted. Brianna is a highly skilled communicator that will negotiate and fight for her clients best interests. She was able to get the sellers of our property to complete repairs and reduce their price and even got the appraisers to increase the appraised value of the home (which is incredibly uncommon). Brianna and the entire Haven Realty group team have been exceptional. First, we weren't on the market and were not planning on selling. We knew Brianna from the neighborhood and she called one day letting us know she had a potential buyer if we were open to the conversation. Just a few days later we were under contract and suddenly needed a place to live. With the market the way it is, it is particularly daunting to find a house. She and her team are white glove service. She listened, calmed and organized a planned of attack for us (I am very Type A so this was important for my own stress levels). Coached us through the offer process, debated various strategies with us and now we are under contract on what could very well be our "forever home." We didn't plan on this being our 2022 journey but are so grateful for Brianna and her team. While we don't plan on doing this again (said that before though ;) ), we would recommend her over and over again, without any hesitation.
