Dr. Sarosh Ahmed is an excellent doctor! She cares and takes her time with her patients! Best doctor I have ever encountered.

I absolutely love Dr. Ahmed and her staff. My entire family is under her care. Dr. Ahmed truly cares about her patients and their well being. Her nurse, Ronnie is an angel that goes above and beyond to make sure your needs are well taken care of. Together, these two make a dynamic team. If you are searching for a physician, I highly recommend Dr. Ahmed (Medtopia Medical Clinic)

It was pleasure meeting her today, I never met any doctor to be as detail/ thorough in her work, taking her time to g et to know her patients ( true patient care ) and so nice. Thank you DR Ahmed.

I have been seen at Medtopia Medical Clinic for about a year now and staffing and the Dr.s have changed drastically. Just because this clinic is inside of Presbyterian Hospital doesn't make it your best choice. The staff in the front office are unprofessional, have poor customer service, and are inconsistent. It also takes 2 or more hours just to be seen for common cold or new health concerns. The Dr. bills your insurance for everything trying to figure out what is wrong instead of being honest and referring to someone who can help. It also takes two days for them to send RXs to the pharmacy, and if you don't call to remind them you won't get it. When I brought this to the office manager's attention she disregarded my concerns and ask me to pay for my appointment or I wouldn't be able to be seen that day. She never took responsibility for her employees or apologized for the bad service I had received. Health care providers are peoples who you should be able to put your full trust in (selfless) from the person answering the phone all the way to the person taking your payment at the end of your visit. I never asked for anything outrageous, just fair and equal treatment which I never received. I'm sick now and can't even get someone to answer the phone and send in my RX to the pharmacy.After I posted this review the Dr. called in my RX on a Saturday. They have still lost my business.
