Dr. Julie Joseph misdiagnosed my 6-yr-old son. She diagnosed him with having strep throat when he didn't have strep throat. He did have 2 ear infections, which she saw, but because she said he had strep throat, she gave him antibiotics for strep throat instead of for his ear infections. She said that antibiotic would kill both the ear infections and strep. I took him to his pediatrician 2 days later because Dr. Julie Joseph spent less than 2 minutes with us, and she never tested him for strep like you're supposed to. She just looked at his throat and immediately said he had strep when he didn't. His pediatrician said the antibiotics that Dr. Julie Joseph prescribed would do absolutely nothing for the ear infections since it's used to kill strep and staph infections. My son had to miss two days of school for no reason because he was never contagious nor did he have a fever. We spent an hour total there, and the entire staff's main concern was to watch the Super Bowl in the lobby, which is probably why Dr. Julie Joseph only saw him for no more than 2 minutes. I called the 888 number to file a formal complaint for being misdiagnosed and given the wrong medicine. The medical director is supposedly going to call me sometime this week.

Took my son to MedSpring when we couldn't get in to see his general care physician. The staff was helpful and explains everything well. The rooms where clean and my son was seen in less than 15 min. Great urgent care location. (Note, they will only see your child if they are 12 months or older).

Came in for an employment drug screen was in and out in less than 20 mins. Excellent service.
