Had a great experience. Walked in and was told if I needed anything just let them know. That way I was able to look around on my own before going to Jake (who helped me) with my questions. This way I didn't feel like I was being sold something but rather just being help. Pressure free. They help you find the best fit for you out of their great selection of beds and pillows.

I waited until now to write a review, now that I’ve had my mattress for a week and I can tell you I couldn’t be more pleased with my Prana mattress selection! I have been looking at a number of places for a new mattress and Urban mattress provided me with good service and very knowledgeable sales people. I met Jordan, the owner, and he provided very detailed and informative advice on how to choose a mattress, that fits my needs. I was split between the Pranasleep mattress and the tempur-pedic mattress because both were incredibly comfortable, great quality, and fit all my needs. I decided to take the night to think about it, and the next day, went ahead and ordered my mattress over the phone. All my questions were answered and confirmation came right away, as well as a phone call, thanking me for the order. Thank you Urban Mattress for being so patient with me! Now the best part, the mattress is unbelievably comfortable!!! I can honestly say I sleep better and feel better. I no longer toss and turn at night like I had experienced with my old mattress. If you’re looking for a quality mattress and quality people I highly recommend Urban Mattress, as well as, the Prana mattress. It’s the best mattress I’ve ever had, no question.

Urban Mattress has the best customer service I've ever experienced at a mattress store. I didn't feel like I was an inconvenience to the sales man like I have in other mattress stores. The environment was comfortable, the service was excellent, and I love my purchase!

Urban Mattress has one of the largest selections of luxury mattresses in DFW. With brands like Urban Organics, Dunlopillo, Lumina, TempurPredic and Sherwood Bedding, it's definitely one of the best spots when buying a new mattress. The customer service gives every customer the proper attention and they shipped my bed in a timely manner. Definitely the place to get a mattress in DFW.
