I have had treatment with Dr. Martin off and on for about five years with several back/neck issues and I’ve always been very satisfied with the results. The office staff was always very accommodating trying to make appointments around my schedule and getting me the treatment I needed. I highly recommend his office

Reading the reviews vs the actual experience was like night and day. I have been to several chiropractic offices but I’ve never had such a great experience until now. My 1st adjustment had me feeling better instantly. I understood that an X-ray was beneficial so that the drs would really know what they were working with, which made me feel comfortable and gave me peace of mind. It’s strange to think that people are uncomfortable with that... The front desk girls are very on top of things and made me feel right at home. I was able to have my blood drawn to visit with the nurse practitioner next appt. (which is so convenient since I’ll be there anyway) After my adjustment I was directed to a few other therapies that I’ve never done before. I was a little weary at first but Jordan explained how each one worked and how it would benefit my needs. I look forward to my next appointment(: Don’t believe all of the bad reviews. Try it out for yourself!! You won’t be disappointed :)

Horrible business. They put money first before customers and don't care about your business when you purchase a Groupon ! I Purchased a massage and 3 decompression treatments as a gift for a friend that has bad pain due to spine surgery he had. The person I bought for accidentally missed appointment and was told he has to pay a $20 fee. Now he probably won't go so I called and spoke to Tiffany instead of giving me more options for him it was as simple as me getting my refund instead of trying to gain/satisfy a customer. I'm pretty sure I would've paid the $20 for him if they were more nice but I guess I felt like I was the problem for $20 and it was easier for them to sho me away. When he has serious back issues and could really benefit from this but instead I guess he'll never find out. I can't support a business that puts money first and not customers.
