The store:
Very clean and also very minimal, placed in a strip mall in the Highland Park area. It is quite small, and well lit, but be aware that the storefront is glass, so people can watch you shopping (if that weirds anyone out). Easy to find and parking is adequate.

The workers:
You are greeted the moment you enter the door, and both the owner and her staff are very friendly. That's about the end of the good news - they are pushy and in my opinion, inept with bras and fine lingerie.

The bras/lingerie:
Be forewarned that they do not carry many brands - Cleo, Panache, Freya, or any of the other big names.
Who they do carry - Simone Perele, La Perla, Mimi Holiday, Primma Donna, Parisa (I think), and a few Italian brands I have never seen mentioned before. Expect to spend a lot of money, because the lowest price in there hovers near $40 and ranges into the hundreds of dollars.
I was pressured into buying things after telling the owner and the fitter that many things were just out of my price range. One of the bras was 50% off making it closer to $60 (not too unreasonable a price), and that I was basically a fool for passing it up because "these bras are normally $120 and all the women of Highland Park trip over themselves for these finely made bras". I really don't care who trips over who to get a bra. If it is out of my price range, hounding me about it and mocking me for being poorer than their usual clientele is incredibly rude and demeaning.

The fitting:
I had called earlier in the afternoon telling them that I was looking for Panache's Jasmine in UK 34F-34G. They told me they didn't carry it but they did carry my sizes, and perhaps they would have something that would work for me anyways.
When I came in the first fitter looked at me and grabbed some 36Es off the rack (Simone Perele - for those not familiar their Es are actually DDs for UK sizing). This is not the size I asked for, and shows that the fitter and owner do not understand that French brands do not use the same sizing system as UK brands.
I put on the 36Es, and while they felt nice, they were unflattering and also the wrong size. I pointed out that the cup was wrinkling at the bottom and was told that the cups were obviously too big. For clarification this CAN be the case sometimes, however it was not for me. Instead the cups were too shallow since they were too small for me.
Things went downhill from there, and while I don't care to recount my entire time in the shop, I was put in a number of laughable bras in a wide array of sizes - 36D/E/F (all French) to 34D/E and even a 40B bustier. I think the most laughable was the Mimi Holiday Pineapple Express in 36D, which I literally could've stuck a ruler between the gore and my chest (perpendicularly, not flat!). I was also told during the fitting that the gore is not supposed to tack (from the owner herself), and that quadboob was either; flattering; the way the bra was designed; or a sign of good fit (also from the owner!). Both of these things are just not true. Quadboobing is always a sign of poor fit (either due to too small a size or wrong cup style), and most women should have their gore tack.
Given that 34D, 36D, and 36F are all different sizes (and none of them are the UK 34F-G that I asked for), and that the owner and fitter assured me they all "fit" and "looked fantastic", I am safely assuming they know as much about bras as a polar bear knows about the tropics.
