Rudest people I have ever had the misfortune of talking to. No return calls or in emails. Everyone here sounds like you constipated them just by calling and asking for information. I cannot imagine how miserable these people must be with thier own personal lives to treat a complete stranger the way they do.

Disgusting, shady, money hungry, rude, the absolute worst. Even once you start paying them, they will keep adding fees and interest so you never actually get anywhere and the amount you owe continues to increase. The most crooked people I’ve ever encountered.

My HOA is uses this firm to collect on a title liens , they cant even create a formal Payoff letters for my new refi to to pay of the lien, rude service no callbacks , money grabbers made my situation 10 times worst $600 in fees ran up to $2100 these clowns are crooks.
