Honestly the spa was nice and the staff were nice. However, the laser hair removal machine is old. It overheated and then after like an hour, they got it running again but the cold air blower didn’t work. I got severe burns on my bikini area and they are still visible from 6 weeks ago. The staff tried to reassure me the scars would go away, but I think they just didn’t want to deal with me anymore and since I don’t live in the area it’s easy for them to do. I did get a hydra facial which was nice but left my skin dehydrated. Overall I spent $700 for dry skin and burns.
