        I have had such great luck with this lawn service after trying several others. When I request a change in what they do , I contact the manager as some of these great yard men don't understand . When they do extra I try to tip them. They really want to please. My yard is not easy and on a steep hill, but always looks good. They have other services like hedge trimming, planting but I can contract those with them as needed.

        I was not aware when I signed up with them that the customer has no say on how the lawn is mowed. It is hard to tell that my lawn gets mowed by them due to the high level they mow at. I asked if they could please lower the blade since my once admired yard was now an eyesore with extremely high grass. I was told no. I would suggest not starting with them as I am now looking after 3 months for a new service. Poor customer service and poor lawn service.
