Do yourself a favor and go to another restaurant like Soju101 down the street. Anywhere else but this place. I eat Korean food all the time and I kid you not everything I ate here taste like leftover canned food. I got a stomachache not too long after which freaked me out because that never happened with me eating Korean food before. I regret coming here so much especially since I had so much hope due to how many stars they have. 4.2 Stars?? That has to be fake.. Keep in mind they charge you automatic tips so they literally do not care that their service is horrible. I dont usually take bad reviews seriously but I shouldve for this place. Oh and dont even try to talk to the manager about any of it, youll get nothing but another disgusting attitude!! People like that shouldnt be working in customer service. Sincerely, please quit before you make another customer suffer.

my first 1 star review goes to this place. im not sure why this place has the reviews that it has. we had a terrible experience. the service was poor and the food was even worse. we only came here since it was one of the few spots that was open past midnight. to start off the waitress did not give us utensils or enough water. that was not the only issue our group experienced. we ordered the spicy tofu soup and it was the worst tofu soup that weve ever had. it was extremely bland and not spicy at all despite it being a spicy dish. we literally had to ask for salt on the side. we also ordered the kimchi fried rice and when it came out there was no cheese even though the menu and pictures clearly showed it w cheese. when we told the waitress she told us that she doesnt think the dish came with cheese and asked us if we still wanted cheese. she took the plate back and came out 20 mins later with the fried rice after most of us had finished our meals. the fried rice and cheese was cold and unappetizing. our other friend ordered the bulgogi which was $18. for the price and amt of meat it came with it, it was not worth it at all. the only decent thing we ordered was the fish cake soup. when it was time to pay the bill we had to approach the front/cashier since we were unsure on how to pay. we had to remind the cashier on what we ordered since they didnt remember. they also charged us 20% auto gratuity which was we felt was undeserved. when we spoke to the manager ab our concerns she brushed it off and seemed uninterested. she offered a discount for our next visit but we have no plans on returning. now we know why it was empty and dead inside :D ig: @whatsviveating

Horrible restaurant. Horrible business. The food was nasty. Kimchi tasted old. The funniest part is it takes them a whole 30 minutes just to put some cheese on our rice and there was literally only 2 tables at the time too!! By the time our food came, our table was already done eating. We were upset and didnt want to pay for the food for all of the above reason, but they refused and insist that its our fault that we didnt mention at the beginning that we didnt like the food?? The manager lady is beyond rude and had the audacity to charge us 20% auto tips??? She refused to take the tip off too?? And after all that she had the audacity to give us attitude. This whole place is a big joke. Save yourself some money and go somewhere else. 99 Pocha is way better in my opinion.

I have been coming here for years, and last night experience was very unpleasant. 1. They no longer offer free banchan (kim chi, pickled vegetables, ). 2. Main dish no longer come with rice. You must pay extra if you want any. 3. The server never stopped by to check on us. We had to waive them if we need anything. And still, they were very short on us. Have to remind them 3-4 times that we have 3 people (they only provide chopsticks for 2) and no plate or bowl to eat food. No spoon to even eat soups. 4. We specifically asked for non-spicy soup, and without telling us when we place the order, they just brought spicy one on the table and said nothing. The food has also went down hill compare to when I first started going there. I dont think my friends and I will ever come back.
