Our kitchen was destroyed in the winter storm and we needed a full rebuild, basically. Our experience with Toscana could not have been better! Erick was very easy to work with and was straightforward with his quote. He worked with us when we had changes that needed to happen and made sure we got what we were looking for. All of the crews we had come to our house were professional and friendly. Not only did they do great work but they also answered any style and planning questions we had. Contacted Toscana for a quote, a young guy came out. He seemed very knowledgeable with the project we wanted to do and we were pretty happy with his promises of Toscana taking on the project. The young man said he would have a bid to us but we never hear back from him. He called the office twice but the lady who answered had no clue of what we were talking about. It's a shame because Toscana had really good reviews and we really wanted to work with them, but I guess our project wasn't important enough for them.

We were never thrilled with our bathroom, and said one day we’d remodel it. Well, throw in an angry Mother Nature, a crazy freeze, and a burst pipe and the decision was made. Erick had been referred to us by a neighbor, so we called to see what it would take to repair the leak and replace the tile. Erick took measurements and asked if we could meet him at his showroom that weekend. When we arrived, he had drawings that he had done proposing a whole new layout to maximize the bathrooms potential. And he did not disappoint. We are extremely happy with our new bathroom. The crews were amazing and did not mind us “stalking” them from time to time and asking questions during the whole process. We highly recommend Toscana to anyone looking to remodel. My wife and I moved from a new home we custom built in Frisco to an older home in Plano with character that we knew would need renovations. Erick and Toscana made our dream kitchen (plus some) a reality. We had multiple bids and no one could match the combination of high quality, custom finish and price that Toscana could. I always felt comfortable talking through last minute changes or questions, as Erick or MJ were onsite every day with their teams. And best of all, they quoted 8 weeks and finished the job in 8 weeks (and likely would've been done a week early if not for a hold up on my end with appliances). These guys are professionals, they're trustworthy, and they exceeded all my expectations. I would absolutely hire them again and have already started to refer them to our neighbors, friends, and family. Quick note on the scope of work: -Complete kitchen remodel - moved appliances, water lines, installed gas line for new stove, opened large wall to living area, all new custom layout with redesigned cabinets, counter tops, backsplash, lighting, and flooring. -Guest (full) bath remodel - complete renovation of shower, including tile, fixtures, frameless glass door. Erick did a fantastic job on a recent remodeling project at my house to redesign my home office. The previous owners of the home enclosed a courtyard to create an office space off of the master bedroom but did not remove the old sliding patio door that previously lead to the courtyard. Erick and his team skillfully removed the old sliding glass door & window, creating a soft-close pocket door with frosted glass leading from the bedroom to the office. He also added a custom floor-to-ceiling desk and cabinets in the office, laid hardwood floors to match the rest of the house, and installed numerous types of lights (chandelier, recessed, ambient cabinet lighting) to create a truly customized space for my needs. Because I didn't know what brand of hardwood flooring had been installed before in the house, Erick went to 12 flooring stores to try to perfectly match the hardwood floors to create a truly seamless look throughout the house. His team expertly laced the existing flooring with the new flooring and you can't tell what is new and what is old - it was an excellent match and installation job! Equally as important as the great "finished product" of the entire project, Erick's customer service was fantastic. From our first interaction he was attentive to my needs and desire for attention to details. He and his crew always showed up on time, proactively communicated with me when decisions needed to be made, adjusted when I wanted to make additions/changes to the original plan, and made the entire process very smooth. I have high expectations and Erick not only met those expectations, but exceeded them. I plan on hiring Erick for an upcoming kitchen remodel and already have him working on some remodeling at a house that my aunt recently purchased in the area. It is hard to find companies you can trust, but Erick produced high quality work on time and on budget.
