Spectrum Closed

The absolute worst customer service from Maria H. She was rude and refused to contact her supervisor as she stated “she didn’t have one”, when asked for one due to her behavior. She then stated the branch manager was Vee. I did however speak with Clayton in store and he was a gem!! He’s the only reason for the one star.

Horrible service. Understaffed. I just needed to return equipment and waiting over an hour. The one employee in the store has been on the phone with tech support trying to figure something out for a customer. No respect for customers time. This is not the first time this service has been bad.

The heavy set Latina is extremely rude to customers. I would've given less than one star if it were possible.

Our Spectrum internet and TV has been unreliable. I have to reboot the modems about once of twice a day to connect to the Spectrum servers. The signal is intermittent. A very nice Spectrum tech came by our house last week and checked all the cables and replaced the internet modem. Their stuff just doesn't work right and quits working on a daily basis. There is something outside our property that is not working properly. I don't know if Spectrum is aware of the problem of if they just don't care. The service is interrupted by some kind of static or interference that is intermittent. It affects both the TV and internet connection. If you've seen the latest Spectrum commercials about how cheap they are, those are their starting prices. They don't tell you what you will be paying for service in a year or two. Our starting price for TV and internet with Spectrum 5 years ago was 83 bucks a month, now the monthly bill is well over $200 and we have cut everything to basic service. Most advertising in based on half truths.
