Jim Franco - State Farm Insurance Agent

They closed my policy of 6 years with 100% on time payments after requesting my updated license which I provided within 2 minutes of the request. They had 2 weeks to let me know they never received the updated license or at the very least say when my coverage would be falling off. I would never have found out til my next bill. I feel completely betrayed. I would have been screwed if something had happened. You cannot trust this company. Never ever do business here.

This is by far the best and the customer service is always willing to answer my questions and help. Been with Jim Franco on and off for the past 8 years. Just overall a great group of people.

Its rare to feel like you have a comfortable relationship with your insurance agent but Jim Franco is just that person. He personally checks in with his customers to ensure their coverage is optimized and he explains difficult policy language with ease and genuine interest. Im confident Im getting the right advice and proper coverage with Jim Franco and his expertise shows with every contact we make. Jim Franco will convince you that your relationship with your insurance company does not have to be cold and impersonal. We would have looked elsewhere a long time ago had that been the case. Instead, were glad for the advice and guidance and confident that were more than adequately covered and looked after. Thank you Jim!
