Being a small family business we love having the opportunity to work with other small family operations. While R&A are definitely down to earth, they are extremely professional and went to bat for us to find us the exact coverage we needed and with a much better rate than we were being quoted. It pays to shop around and in today's environment, every dollar counts. They did what they said they would do and more. The firm we are leaving was a large company and couldn't compete on price or coverage. I feel confident our needs are met and at a price we can afford. I'm very excited to work with them!

What was remarkable was that he went to great lengths to make sure that even though the cost was a mere 10% of other quotes received, that it fulfilled the requirements of our customers.
