I dont typically leave reviews, but I have been so happy with Harold Muller and his office from the time I switched my policy here from out-of-state. Honestly, I havent had to have much commutation with them until today, which I guess is when it counts. I was in a car accident last night and called the office this afternoon to discuss my options with Harold. I left a message and didnt expect a call back until the next day (it was later in the day), but he called me back within 10 minutes. He took the time (and it was after 5pm) and went over everything with me, gave me my options and once I decided what to do he got the ball rolling immediately. His customer service is excellent and I really appreciate that. He connected me to the claims department and I was shocked at how wonderful the claims associate was! He got me set up with a tow truck (which showed up about an hour later), called the repair shop and set up for my car to be received there, then he got me set up with a rental car (which Ill pick up in the morning). Im getting married in 2 weeks and this was the absolute last thing I wanted to be dealing with while getting all the last minute wedding details taken care of. Harold and State Farm are taking care of ALL of it. I couldnt be more pleased. They really are there when you need them. Thanks so much!

Harold is outstanding!!! He goes above and beyond and thats what I love about him. He really really demonstrates customer service of every aspect. So glad to have him as my agent hes so down to earth and humorous

Amazing, Awesome, and All Around Best Customer Service Ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!This gentleman here Harold will go above and beyond to help you in anyway possible he can. I wish I could give him 10 stars.
