I have been trying for over a month to get my medical records from this company to no avail. I seen orthopedic specialist in Arizona and the orthodontist here in Colorado will not schedule an appointment to do a MRI requested by my regular physician without the Arizona records. When I finally got the attention of the Arizona orthopedic people they told me that they had a copy service and I would have to get the records from them. I was told I would get a email which I have not received. Arizona said the notified the copy company 3 weeks ago. I called yesterday to talk with someone and after 30 minutes on hold I left a message. When I had not heard from them I called again this morning and after about 20 minutes on hold I was told to leave a message and they will get back to me. I have no real hope of ever receiving my medical records. I hope they do not charge much for their services because they really offer no service

How in the world so many people have left good reviews is beyond me. They must be fake. My doctors office uses them for records and Ive had to have them fill out FLMA and Fit for Duty forms. They have not only taken their time (over a week for Fit for Duty), but left off information and put incorrect information on them. My school district, and I, are incredibly frustrated as I sit at home, doing absolutely nothing, while my students are going through numerous subs and not learning a darn thing. Very dissatisfied with this company. And should I ever need to be off again, or have surgery, I will absolutely ask if the office uses this company and if they do, I will find another doctor. I do NOT recommend any people, or practices use this company.

I want to thank the most professional and efficient service provided for obtaining medical records. YES, I said obtaining medical records. More providers and facilities should look into HealthMark Group for their ability to support and manage patient data. Their email and chat features alone are worth it. They not only support the provider but made it efficient for a patient like me to navigate what can become a black hole for records request. They made it easy for me to be a very wise consumer in assisting my doctors in obtaining medical records and imaging. Excellent work coming from Lacey H who sat with me on the chat and Daniel M for processing and helping Lacey help me! Bravo! HealthMark please recognize these wonderful team members.

HealthMark Group has been great with send paperwork in a timely manner. Also when I spoke with a representative they were always helpful, courteous and polite during the process.
