        Our ac system went out around 10 pm at night .I called BB Air and Heat prepared to leave a voicemail . When I called , I spoke with Ms. Vanessa whom was very sweet & professional. She was able to a technician out here to fix my ac unit that very next morning. The AC Tech ( Benjamin ) that came to repair my system was very helpful and educated me on my hvac system . .Im very pleased with the service I received . Service: AC repair

        These guys are scam artists and will take you for a ride. It took me 4 tries to even get them to come to my home to look at my AC unit, and after 3 weeks and over a dozen phone calls, these guys STIL HAVENT EVEN SENT ME A Quote for the repair. They took $100 for a diagnostic fee and I am now pretty sure they didn't even really check anything. They are scam artists and have no idea what they are doing or how to respond to customers in a timely manner. I am having to start from scratch with another AC company and recommend that no one use these guys. Services: AC repair, HVAC repair
