We had advanced home comfort reinsulate our whole attic and the walk-in storage area, they also blew in insulation on the garage floor which they said was the problem are media room temperature would not stay properly regulated. The guy that they had do it had never done it before and cut a bunch of odd shaped uneven holes everywhere which they did not fix, I did not pay them the last $1,500 and they never came back and finished the job. They also did not do the pull-down attic door barrier. Service: Installation

We had Advanced Home comfort seal and reinsulate are attic and the space between the three car garage and the room above it. They were very messy, unprofessional and did not finish the job! Let me explain, the movie room above our garage was always hot in the summer and cold in the winter and the salesman from advance homecomfort had told us that it was usually the floor or the space between the ceiling and the room in the garage that causes the room to be so hot or cold depending on weather, their solution was to blow in dense packed insulation basically recycled newspaper that had been shredded and treated with a fire retardant the employee that they had to do this job had never done it before and was under trained and did not know what he was doing! He cut holes all over the place in the garage ceiling and made an absolute mess, the holes were not even or in a straight line and because of the way that the joist and the support beam ran in the garage which they didn't bother to check beforehand, he had to cut more holes and not only that they didn't keep the drywall pieces that they cut out it was an absolute disaster and cost thousands of dollars to fix. They did do a better job resealing and insulating the Attic but I can tell you they could have saved us a lot of cleanup and mess just by covering up furniture and sealing off working spaces so the dust didn't get all over our house! We didn't end up paying them the last $1,500 which I wish I would have done more research and got some estimates on fixing the damage in the garage ceiling before I gave them the final payment! I explicitly asked if they were going to fix the damage they were going to cause by blowing in the insulation into the garage ceiling and they told me they would. And as it turned out it didn't even fixed the problem we found out the problem was that there wasn't enough insulation in the walls of the movie room. We ended up having them phoned which did fix the problem. Advanced Home comfort is not a good trustworthy company and I would not recommend them to anyone!

Home air conditioning would stop after day heat would rise. Called a few other companies, one literally told me over the phone how I was going to need a new air conditioner, this without coming out to look at it. However these guys (Advanced Home Comfort), referred by a friend, checked all the right boxes from the get-go. They made an appointment to come assess the problem. Cesar arrived 30 minutes early, checked everything out, was able to determine the problem as dirty coils on the outside unit, cleaned it up, rechecked pressures, etc., put everything back together, actually left things looking nicer, and the cost was exactly as he initially guessed it would be. VERY REASONABLE! Incredibly honest. Good knowledge, work ethic and respectful. Look no further, this is a great find and we'll use them for annual check ups in the future.
