Our AC system was not cooling as well as it should and needed to be inspected and diagnosed. The person setting the appointment was friendly and helpful. Communication (text and email) leading up to the appointment was very good. Zac came and performed a detailed inspection and diagnostics. He was able to explain what the issue was and provided a detailed report with pictures to document the problem. I was very pleased with the service from Zac and Aire Texas and will call on them in the future.

I’ve been an Aire Texas customer for several years to maintain my HVAC unit. ALL of the technicians and office staff I have interacted with are professional and friendly. Zac S was the most recent technician. Brooklyn (the dog) wanted to go home with him!
