I paid over $260 for a deep clean of my 1,000 square foot home. The two ladies who showed up did not speak English, so there was a language barrier. The deep clean was supposed to include dusting of blinds and baseboards, which they didn’t do. Nor did they mop all of my floors, clean my shower or my guest bathtub. Extremely disappointing and unsatisfactory. Recommend using a different service. Service: Deep clean

I had Maid Masters in every other week for years. The team did a good job, friendly as well. Accomadated my pet situation by calling or giving an arrival window. Due to COVID and husband working from home/zoom calls ,I am on hold but can’t wait for my team to return

Very disappointed with there service. Initially I asked for move out cleaning including carpet steaming. Since I had a wood installation done they asked me to upgrade for remodel cleaning and I said yes for it. Finally I got billed with $705 without even asking for my approval. The crew completed the cleaning in 3.5 hours with 3 member team and one member who worked for less than an hour. When I moved in the home and my family did cleaning again. I hired another cleaners and literally they laughed at us as we paid for nothing. The flooring left with lot of wood particles even though they said it’s remodel cleaning. The blinds had lot of dust all over, cabinets were not clean, I can add lot. They also didn’t do steam cleaning and blamed my home that it’s dripping. I checked with a electro later and he said there is no issue with home and the electrician said that the cleaners using some machines which are not approved for home on which it trip the breaker. I reported this to the company as they might not aware of what they are doing, but didn’t had any response. So I don’t recommend their service to anyone. I didn’t take pictures before I cleaned the flooring and blinds, so couldn’t share it.
