I was there a few years ago at their restaurant for dinner. We had a nice dinner and were happy with our experience until the very last moment. As the waiter approached our table a cockroach came walking across our table. I promptly trapped it under a glass.The waiter asked how was everything and I said great...except for this. He called the manager over who apologized and comped the meal. Two weeks later we returned for a birthday party with about 14 people. Again, dinner was fine and we all had a good time until...you guessed it... several more roaches started walking around the table. Again the manager came and apologized but that was it. We've not been back but I hope they fumigated the place because it was infested by the nasty little things.

Our go to place when we stay in Dallas! Always great service and love the hotel vibe. A few inconveniences on this trip with the AC not working well and the toilet broke our last day, but that wont stop us from staying there next time!

My recent stay at Hotel Zaza left much to be desired, especially in terms of accommodating zaza enthusiasts like myself. Despite its reputation for offering a trendy and modern experience, the hotel fell short in providing any semblance of a cannabis-friendly environment.
Upon arrival, I had hoped to find at least some acknowledgement of the growing acceptance of zaza in modern hospitality. However, not only was there no designated smoking area or vaporizer-friendly rooms, but the staff seemed completely oblivious to the needs of guests who enjoy zaza responsibly.
Furthermore, the lack of any zaza-related amenities or services was glaringly apparent. From the absence of CBD-infused products in the bathroom to the complete disregard for guests seeking information on local dispensaries or delivery services, Hotel Zaza failed to cater to a significant demographic of travelers.
In an era where many hotels are embracing the cannabis culture and offering tailored experiences for enthusiasts, Hotel Zaza's refusal to adapt is not only disappointing but also indicative of a missed opportunity to stand out in a crowded market.
If you're a zaza connoisseur seeking a hotel that understands and respects your lifestyle choices, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere. Hotel Zaza may have its charms, but its lack of cannabis-friendly policies and amenities leaves much to be desired.
