We met Dr.Kazemi in a clinic on Cavendish Blvd. in Montreal, Canada in 1979. My wife, Toni Lynn, took our two-month old son Sameer Zuberi there. Now our son is an MP in West Island. She was friendly, polite and thorough. Next time we met Dr. Kazemi was at the Royal Victoria Hospital in 1981 just after our daughter Nadiah Naqvi ( nee Zuberi) was born. Our daughter now works with her husband in his Osteopath Clinic in the West Island. Good luck always and thank you Dr. Kazemi.

The worst and most unprofessional experience with a doctor Ive ever had in my entire life. My husband and I came here for a follow up appointment as the proud, loving and caring parents that we are. Her staff was nice but this pediatrician spoke to us like complete trash. I was treated like a pregnant teen from the hood. She was extremely rude and disrespectful. Overstepping her boundaries with assumptions and judgements we could not understand where they were coming from and what would warrant such horrible treatment. Although we were patient, respectful and kept an open ear, we couldnt wait for the visit to end. We couldnt get out the door quick enough, however not without some long unnecessary lecture on parenting a teenager (although we are here with our newborn) that left us confused and frustrated. She is very rough with baby and stills holds dear to old school ways in practice and treatment. Do not come here unless you are used to being treated like garbage.

The RN Francis was very nice, helpful, caring and welcoming. Dr. Kazemi herself was knowledgeable but was quick to speak down to her patients before trying to help them understand issues and solutions. Her logistical staff left much to be desired in that they set accounts and bills issued to my newborn son instead of to the guardian and insurance policy holder. Also upon trying to transfer files to a new pediatrician they couldn't figure out how to get their fax machine to work so they mailed the files through USPS then proceeded to delete all files pertaining to my sons shot and visitation records then refused to work with us in trying to get them sent in a timely manner. we had to contact the hospital directly and go around her office in order to request the records be sent to our new doctor. I would not recommend this practice, and would recommend finding a pediatrician who is dedicated to making sure that not only your child is well taking care of, but also has well documented standards and practices for handaling files, less your child's records be deleted or lost. I'm not sure how Dr. kazemi is the lead pediatrician for Medical City Dallas, other then having tenure. She may have been a exceptional doctor at one point, but at the time of this review the practice has since slipped.
